Potsdam Rotary BOCES September Student of the Month

Rebecca Carabello, a home-schooled student from the Potsdam Central School and a student in the early childhood education program at BOCES Seaway Tech, is the Rotary Club of Potsdam BOCES student of the month for September. At a Rotary luncheon honoring Carabello, she met with Potsdam Rotarians and was commended for her hard work by Seaway Tech School Counselor Joan DeRosie.
