Potsdam Rotary BOCES January Student of the Month

Dylan Casselman of Massena Central School, a student in the Environmental Technology program at BOCES Seaway Tech, is the Rotary Club of Potsdam BOCES Student of the Month for January. At a Rotary luncheon honoring Casselman, he met with Potsdam Rotarians and was commended for his hard work by Seaway Tech School instructor Gene Mullaney.
