Potsdam Rotary BOCES February Student of the Month

Kerry Foster of St. Lawrence Central School, a student in the environmental technology program at BOCES Seaway Tech, is the Rotary Club of Potsdam BOCES student of the month for February. At a Rotary luncheon honoring Foster, he met with Potsdam Rotarians and was commended for his hard work by Seaway Tech Instructor Gene Mullaney.
